All linen and towels are provided as is a selection of games and books. All the cottages have a picturesque garden with table and chairs and outhouses to store bikes and golf clubs.

The three Borders holiday cottages are situated on an arable farm, which is in the Rural Stewardship scheme. This means every effort is made to attract wildlife, and birds in particular are encouraged onto the land.

Trout fishing is available in the nearby River Teviot and a walk by the river is likely to be met with deer, otters, heron, pheasants, and rabbits.
