Splendidly placed with magnificent views from the front of the cottage and with a charming private garden to the rear, Hillview is a great base for fun filled family holidays, group get togethers, or a break from the city.
The area is famous for its beauty, history and sports, with fishing, golf and horse riding as some of the major attractions. Edinburgh is only thirty minutes drive away, and is filled with exciting things to see and do.

The cottage is a lovely home from home with four bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, a lounge, well-equipped kitchen, a garage, private parking, and a lovely summerhouse. The lounge has a thirty-two inch plasma screen TV, with both a DVD and video. There is also a coal effect fire, with a slate surround and comfy furniture.

The kitchen dinner is fully equipped with everything you need for a great holiday, including an electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and toaster. There is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine, spin dryer, tumble dryer, and boiler for hot water and central heating.
The cottage can sleep up to nine people, plus a cot is available for children. There are two bedrooms up stairs which are both en-suite, one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other with two single beds.

Down stairs there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. The bathroom, which is down stairs, has a large bath and a separate walk in shower, as well as a toilet and wash hand basin.
All bedding and linen is included in your stay, except for the cot. The cottage is available from Saturday to Saturday, and gas and electricity payments are taken from meter readings.
